Excel Tile Guard
Not a wall paint. This is a roof protection coating for tiles and bricks — Nerolac formulated it for highly absorbent surfaces such as Mangalore roof tiles, forming a tough flexible film against heavy rainfall, humidity and heat. Nerolac files it in their luxury exterior range, which is why it appears here.
