10 years on paint failure, per Berger's current data sheet, the tile on their product page and the governing warranty certificate. Be aware that Berger's older tin artwork — including the pack shot they still publish — carries an "8 years warranty" seal, and stale page copy also says 8. Confirm the term with us at purchase. Waterproofing depends on the basecoat: 10 years over PU RoofKoat or Dampstop Elasto, 7 over Dampstop Duo, none over Seal-O-Prime. Anti-fungal cover is 5 years. Crack bridging to 2 mm is a performance claim, not a warranted item.
