Berger describes this as the first paint to use PU and silicon technology together, designed for heavy rainfall areas. The tin reads "Luxury Exterior Emulsion with PU". Silicon additives give protection against extreme rain and against fungus and algae.

12 years on paint failure, on a reducing scale. Berger's own page body says 10 years, but the tile on that same page, their current data sheet and the governing warranty certificate all say 12 — the 10 is stale copy. Waterproofing depends on the basecoat: 12 years over PU RoofKoat, 10 over Dampstop Elasto, 7 over Dampstop Duo, none over Seal-O-Prime. Anti-fungal cover is 5 years throughout. Registration within 30 days, vertical walls only.
